June 27- I'm happy to announce that I will be traveling to New York the weekend of the 15th of July for Team Universe! I am THRILLED to be cheering on several of my close friends including Odis McCullough, Ed Brown, Melissa Detwiller, and Jamie Reed. I will be shooting with Dan Ray (for the THIRD time!) and Gene X so look for more new pictures!

June 20- The pre contest diet has begun! After a nice two week, clean calorie load I am officially on Dave Plumbo's infamous pre contest diet. I'm feeling tired but hoping that in the next few days my body will adjust!

June 18- I am back from Chicago and Junior Nationals where I succesfully completed 4 photo shoots including work for Steelfitness.com, HerBiceps.com, and Women's Physique World Magazine. I also shot with NPC Figure Competitor and fellow FigureRX sponsored athlete Jamie Reed. Look for our sexy debut in my "AlliVIP" members only section!

June 10-2007 is going to be a big year! I've gained sponsorship, furthered my modeling career, and am now going to ask that you all hang with me as you always have for my journey towards national status as a figure competitor. My competition plans are uncertain, I would like to be stage ready by the end of August, however if that's not possible then I will be getting on stage at the end of October.
